All unclaimed items from online and in store orders will be held for a maximum of sixty (60) days with the exception of custom item which will be held for (30) days; After such time, the items will be sent back to the studio and you’ll lose your store credit/deposit. Custom items aren’t eligible for store credit under any circumstance. All RETURNED items that have a store credit available must be used within 6 months of the return, after the 6 months it will NO LONGER be available (This includes deposits etc...)
