Shipping And In Store Pickup Information

How long we take to fulfill our orders:

- We’re currently taking up to 5-10 BUSINESS days (not counting weekends) to fulfill our orders for shipping and in store pickup option. Some items can though take longer to make. Once our products are done being made and are shipped, arrival time is 1-3 days. If you add express shipping to your order, this time is reduced significantly depending on the item ordered.

Options for shipping:

- Regular shipping: (1-3 business days) via USPS costs $9.99

- Expedited shipping: (1-2 business days) via USPS costs $39.99 **Available through phone orders or DM orders only** Keep in mind that if you placed your original order online and decided to call and add express, you will be charged the full additional amount of $39.99 due to any sudden delays and immediate request of processing your order before others 

-Please keep in mind that if you want expedited shipping within the same week of placing your order that‘ll be a cost of $59.99


- International shipping: (7-14 business days) via DHL costs $60 **Please note that Dach Boutique is not responsible for any customs or duty fees your country may charge you**

Can I cancel my order?:

We do NOT cancel orders! Time gets dedicated into hand-making each and every item and if a customer does not read our shipping information, or take the time to research us before ordering then it is the customer’s fault, thank you.

 

How can I expedite my order?:

- To receive expedited shipping you must call us at (347-879-6489). The order will be placed through the phone and our team will provide you with the earliest date we can have your order finished and shipped out.

- Expedited shipping does not mean that your order will be finished and shipped out on the same date that this advanced shipment was purchased. Our team will notify you of the earliest shipment date and provide you with a delivery estimate.

- If you already placed an order with regular shipment but want to upgrade to expedited shipment, contact us at (347-879-6489.)

 

Can I expedite my order if it is an international order?:

Yes, however, the expedited delivery rate (1-2 business days) no longer applies. Your delivery rate will simply be decreased from 7-10 business days. Exact delivery estimates cannot be made due to the variety of delivery estimates from different countries worldwide.

I just received a message asking for ID, why is this?:

To prevent any fraudulent orders we will ask anyone who has placed an order over $300 for proof of ID and purchase authorization. We will simply ask to see a few bits of information on your ID and card used to place the order. If this proof is not sent within 24hrs of receiving the original message, the order will get canceled and refunded.
