In-Store Exchange Policy


- Dach Boutique does not issue refunds under any circumstance. There are no exceptions.

- If you would like to exchange your item or receive store credit, it must be done within 3 days of the original purchase date.

- A receipt must be shown for an exchange along with the original merchandise being in perfect condition.


To be eligible for an exchange or store credit:

- Your item(s) must be in perfect condition. We will not accept items that have been worn, stained, damaged or contain an odor. All original tags must be attached.

- Your item(s) may not be a bodysuit or bikini. We do not exchange or issue store credit to these pieces due to hygiene purposes.

- Your item(s) may not be custom made. Custom made orders, or pieces that were made according to measurements may not be exchanged or refunded. We can tailor custom pieces if they require adjustment.

- Your item(s) may not be white merchandise.

- Your item(s) may not be merchandise that was originally on sale.

- If no receipt is shown, no exchange or store credit can be issued. There are no exceptions.
