Can I receive a refund?:
Dach Boutique does not issue refunds under any circumstance and there are no exceptions. We issue exchanges or store credit on eligible merchandise.

How can I use my store credit?:
Once Dach Boutique receives your original merchandise and confirms that it is eligible for store credit, we will notify you of your store credit amount (the amount of original merchandise that was purchased, excludes shipping). At this time, store credit will be available for use through phone orders only, it cannot be used online. Once you determine the new item you would like to purchase, give us a call at (347-879-6489) to begin the transaction.
Why do I need to send identification when paying for expedited over the phone?:
When a customer makes a payment over the phone, we will subsequently ask for proof of identification/payment to be emailed us to prevent any fraudulent purchases. Please keep in mind that this is a prevention method used to protect us as a company and the customer as well.
Can I use a discount code while using my store credit?:
Discount codes are only available for online orders. When using your store credit, the transaction will be through the phone, therefore, discount codes cannot be used.
Can I cancel my order?:
We dedicate time to handmaking each and every item so we do NOT cancel orders. It is up to the customer to research where they order from and not reading our shipping information before ordering is the customer’s fault. We offer expedited shipping for those who needed their items for a certain date.

When do I receive my tracking information?:
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us displaying your purchase and order number. You will receive an email with tracking information once your item ships out. **Please note that we take 7-14 business days to fulfill our orders**
