Currently we do not ship out orders with billing discrepancies due to a high amount of fraudulent purchases. To clarify, we do not ship out orders to addresses that are different from the billing address of the card used for payment. The shipping address and billing address for any order must be the same. There are no exceptions. If we receive an order with a billing discrepancy the order is immediately canceled and funds are immediately refunded.
