Exchanges:
Upon package delivery, you will have 1 week to postmark (trade into a carrier) your item(s) for an exchange or receive store credit.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit:
- Your item(s) must have all original tags attached.
- Your item(s) must not have been worn, stained, damaged, or contain an odor.
- Your item(s) must not be white merchandise.
- Your item(s) must not be a bodysuit or bikini. We do not exchange or issue store credit to these pieces due to hygiene purposes.
- Your item(s) must not be merchandise that was originally on sale.
- Your item(s) must not have been custom made or a unique piece made from your
*ONCE WE HAVE APPROVED AND RECEIVED YOUR ITEM, YOUR ACCOUNT WILL RECEIVE STORE CREDIT TO EXCHANGE FOR A BIGGER SIZE/DIFFERENT ITEM*
If you are unhappy with your online purchase, you can start a return request within your order dashboard. Please allow up to 3 business days for return requests to be processed.
Refunds:
- Dach Boutique does not issue refunds under any circumstance. There are no exceptions.
- Dach Boutique only offers exchanges or store credit for eligible items.
Return Shipping:
- Dach Boutique does not send out pre-paid return labels so if you would like to ship your item back all expenses must be covered by the sender. This can include: DHL custom fees, DHL shipping fees, DHL duty fees, or USPS shipping fees.
